**As our new Project Manager, Manufacturing you will**:

- _ Act as project lead._ Oversee and manage ongoing projects, providing the project team with the support they need to remove obstacles, obtain data, meet deadlines and deliver an outstanding and successful product and customer experience, on time, every time.
- _ Plan and execute._ You will lead the project management activities and team; ensuring the right resources, equipment and information are being shared and transferred. You will break projects down into doable actions, set timeframes and analyze risks and opportunities. You will ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget from concept to delivery.
- _ Collaborate across multiple teams. _You will attend daily stand up and operations meetings, as required. You will serve as a conduit of information to all parties including; clients, production, design and development, sales, logistics, project management, pre-production, and finance.
- _ Client support. _You will provide outstanding customer service and support the maintenance of effective client relations. You will work with vendors on various developments and deliverables.
- _ Reporting. _You will prepare work plans, accurate directions for production teams in the form of summary sheets and production packages, for each phase of the project. You will maintain accurate and up to date status reports and modify schedules or plans as required. You will prepare project reports for management, clients and others. You will update information on DataWeb and Industrios (Internal Project Management Software) in an accurate and timely manner.
- _ Communication. _You will prepare status updates and verbally update the internal functional teams, Account Management and Departments Leaders with all communications to ensure target lines and expectations are being achieved and status communicated.

**So, how do we know you are our new Project Manager, Manufacturing? You have**:

- _ The education._ You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Design, Engineering or a related field. PMP Certification is preferred.
- _ The experience._ You have project management experience and a strong understanding of how a product-manufacturing environment operates. Bonus points if you have exposure to custom manufacturing or POP display. You are meticulous and have a commitment to delivering high-quality work products. You have the ability to conduct evaluations, assessments, and analysis of new projects.
