NutraLab Canada Corporation is one of Canada’s premier contract manufacturers of natural health supplements. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing & Packaging Manager to lead and support our busy production and packaging lines.

The Manufacturing & Packaging Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of daily manufacturing and packaging operations. This includes production planning, shift scheduling, team supervision, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with GMP and quality standards. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is critical in driving efficiency, productivity, and accountability across the plant.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all manufacturing and packaging activities across multiple shifts.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet order deadlines and optimize workflow.
- Lead, coach, and support production staff to achieve quality, safety, and output targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and internal SOPs across all operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and generate daily and weekly productivity reports.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain organized documentation and operational records for audit and management purposes.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food manufacturing
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Excellent human relations and communication abilities
- Demonstrated responsibility and accountability in a production environment
- GMP and/or HACCP certification or equivalent training
- Mechanical and analytical understanding of production equipment and processes
- Flexibility to manage and rotate between multiple shifts as needed
- Post-secondary education in manufacturing, engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or process improvement initiatives is an asset
- Bilingual (English and Chinese)
