Job Description: **DATA ANALYST** Victoria As a Data Analyst on the Tariff and Revenue Team, you are the expert in the traffic & revenue data analysis. You will produce regular and ad hoc reporting to senior management and internal stakeholders and provide recommendations in regards to regulated revenue budgets and forecasts, traffic forecasts and variance explanations, and support business decisions. You work closely with the BI (Business Intelligence) team to automate the production of key datasets, reports and to set up dashboards used to set pricing, forecast demand and revenue, and optimizing service levels. You will also consult with stakeholders to identify potential analytical and data needs, develop and maintain regulated revenue models, prepare presentations with varying levels of technical understanding, run monthly reports and requests, as well as work with data scientists and economists. Qualifications: - Completion of a diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferably in economics, business, finance or marketing - Experience in coding to automate data collection and processing - Experience working with management information system such as Cognos - "We connect communities and customers to the people and places important in their lives”_ - At BC Ferries, our employees are our most important assets in delivering our commitment to customer safety, service and satisfaction.
