Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server and Bartender to join our team. As a server and Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent multitasking and communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders from customers and provide recommendations when needed
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
- Ensure the restaurant and bar area is clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times
- Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
- Adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Engage with customers in a positive and attentive manner, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Maintain knowledge of current drink offerings, specials, and promotions

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or bartending preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects when necessary
