**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food handling and safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Cook menu items to the highest quality standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and storing food items properly.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Help maintain kitchen equipment and utensils, ensuring they are clean and functional at all times.
- Participate in daily cleaning tasks to uphold hygiene standards within the kitchen.

**Skills**
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques and food service practices.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling.
- Experience working in a kitchen or restaurant environment is preferred.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
