Overview
Aerotec Engines is North Americas fastest growing general aviation overhaul facility and with that comes a unique opportunity for the right individuals to help the company strengthen and continue to grow. Aerotec Overhauls and repairs over 250 Lycoming and Continental opposed piston engineers per year.
We are looking for the right individuals to help Aerotec grow and maintain values of focusing on developing strong relationships with our customers by providing quality services, product and support.
Background on Aerotec Engines
For the past 27 years Aerotec Engines has been overhauling and repairing Lycoming and Continental piston engines for the general aviation market. Customers include private pilots, charter operators, flight schools and government.
Key Skills:
Proven record of sales growth, Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field, Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques, Exceptional project management skills, Clear verbal and written communication skills, Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
**Responsibilities**:
- Outbound Sales - Identify new key customers understanding their needs and proposing products and services by tailoring marketing materials.
- Key account management - ability to acquire and manage moving forward
- Invoices & Payment - Create engine invoices for all customers and communicate them to customers. Follow up with customer payment for engines.
- STC Paperwork and Management - Assist with the management of STC inquiries, files and certification approvals with Transport Canada and FAA.
- Social Media - Support weekly posts on social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and google.
- Marketing Events - We would like you to participate in the events we have scheduled throughout the year. This will involve planning trips, booking shows, accommodation and developing content for the show.
- Maintain the CRM database for all leads, accounts and quotes
- Help develop and maintain sales and marketing materials for events and presentations
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing sales or marketing teams
- Sharp negotiation and networking skills
- Organizational skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Educational background in business, marketing, or finance
Reporting Structure:
You will report directly to the Director of Sales & marketing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
