Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution. Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals. Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs. Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely. Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies. Initiate market research studies and analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly. Maintain marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Employment Requirements: College Diploma in business administration or in a related field 2-3 years of experience as a sales, marketing or public relations representative or in a related occupation Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) How to apply: Please email your resume to and include Marketing Manager in the subject line.
