Oak Bay Marine Group is looking for an enthusiastic Marina Supervisor to ensure delivery of outstanding guest experiences for our moorage customers in the Pedder Bay Marina. The Marina Supervisor supports the Marina Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations of the Marina, including providing support for contracted and guest moorage, fuel, rental boats, retail, and maintenance of the facilities, docks and grounds.

**Educations & Technical Skills**:

- Superhost Certification for customer service excellence is recommended.
- Occupational First Aid and CPR Level 1 or equivalent is an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills are required in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Pleasure Craft Operator Card preferred.
- Knowledge of marine operations and/or boating experience an asset.
