**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook breakfast and dinner daily. We serve one main item for breakfast and dinner daily according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and meets health regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by serving food promptly and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to food safety protocols to minimize risks of contamination.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service environment
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Strong cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills
- Available September 15-30

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 15 days

Pay: $250.00-$255.00 per day
