Yochi Cups was established in 2020, mainly selling Japanese tableware, kitchen utensils, and organizing ceramic exhibitions with various ceramic artists from Japan, Jingde China, and more. With our business growing rapidly, we are currently looking to hire multiple full-time and part-time sales associates. Job Description: Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote and sell products or services
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Good understanding of retail math, including calculating discounts, profit margins, and sales percentages
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
