**Primary Purpose**: The Office Coordinator will act as the main contact for office activities and issue resolution with the warehouse and head office. They will also provide inside sales and support to customers in the assigned region, as well as providing full backup for the outside sales representatives.
**Essential Job Functions**:
General
- Maintain organization of the office, such as, keeping the facility customer ready, manage customer orders/shipments ensuring timely fulfillment and assisting in inventory planning/management.
- Acting as the main point of contact during business hours at the branch.
- Process customer orders and payments, including walk-in customers.
- Maintain and improve customer service by developing customer relationships and staying in contact with customers to ensure the flow of communication.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding shipping costs and delivery times where necessary.
- Assist with timely handling and resolution of customer product complaints, including changes to purchase orders, and obtaining serial numbers and other relevant information.
- Gain a thorough knowledge and understanding of the ERP system.
- Oversee inventory cycle counts as directed by his/her supervisor.
- Provide back-up coverage for other members of the branch team in accordance to the Company’s policies.
- Provide and implement suggestions and initiatives to increase overall efficiency.
- Ensure strict confidentiality with company information, as necessary.

**Education and Work Experience**: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Work experience should include a minimum of two (2) years in a business-to-business sales or sales support role, preferably in a related industry.
- Physical Demands and Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, or kneel. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
