Our team consists of experts in program management and design, marketing, customer service, energy evaluations and building retrofits.

**Department Summary**:
The Enbridge Gas Home Winterproofing Program helps low-income Ontarians live more sustainably and save on their gas bills. It provides free insulation and draft proofing upgrades to those who need it most. Greensaver is Enbridge’s trusted delivery agent for the Home Winterproofing Program in selected areas of the province. We have delivered the program since 2007, completing free energy upgrades across Ontario. **Objective**:
The Program Lead Analyst operates within the Program Management team to support delivery of Greensaver’s conservation programs. With a focus on internal program support and program logistics, this role requires a high level of attention to detail, and initiative to continuously improve program administration, tracking and reporting. Reporting to the Manager of Gas Utilities Programs.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Proactively seek improvements in internal processes of GU program, providing regular updates to GU Manager and collaborating with team members.
- Act as GU team lead in supporting internal program improvement projects and activities across departments.
- Develop and maintain excellent communications with other departments internally.
- Communicate progress, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to team members.
- Support weekly/biweekly report and progress meetings with clients.
- Assist with the data measurement, tracking and forecasting of program metrics.
- Provide data analysis and project support.
- Input, maintain, and continuously improve program database.
- Provide other administrative support as assigned.
- Provides mentorship for and collaborate with Program Analyst.

**Minimum Required Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a discipline pertinent to the job function.
- Experience preparing reports and handling large amounts of data, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, to a wide variety of audiences.
- 5+ years’ experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- Strong time-management and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable; strong work ethic, diligent, conscientious.
- Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to thrive with mínimal supervision.
