**Position Title: Regional Manager**
**Location: Solange Medical Aesthetic Hamilton**
**Reports To: Director of Operations**
**Position Overview**:
**Travel to all clinic locations in Ontario is required for this position.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Team Leadership**:
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including nurses, aestheticians, and support personnel.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment that encourages professional development and teamwork.
**- Clinical Oversight**:
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards in all procedures.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director to implement and maintain best practices for all aesthetic treatments.
**- Patient Care Management**:
- Oversee patient consultations and treatment plans, ensuring exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering long-term relationships.
**- Sales Management**:
- Set and communicate monthly and quarterly sales quotas for clinical staff, focusing on both individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote services, products, and packages effectively.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data, making adjustments to strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
**- Operational Management**:
- Manage daily clinic operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Overseeing 4 clinical locations in Ontairo.
- Implement efficient workflows to optimize patient flow and clinic efficiency.
**- Quality Assurance**:
- Monitor clinical outcomes and patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure high standards of care.
**- Training and Development**:
- Organize and facilitate ongoing training for clinical staff on new treatments, technologies, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical aesthetics.
**- Financial Oversight**:
- Assist in budget management and financial planning for clinical operations.
- Work with the administrative team to ensure accurate billing and coding for services rendered.
**Qualifications**:
- Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar diploma required.
**- Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in medical aesthetics or a related field.
**- Licenses/Certifications**:
- Current certification in business management or similar is required.
**- Skills**:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of aesthetic procedures and products.
- Proven sales skills with experience in achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication skills.
**Work Environment**:
- Fast-paced medical aesthetics clinic focused on providing exceptional patient care in a professional and welcoming environment. Overseeing 4 clinic locations in Ontario.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
