Join our team today and contribute to our success **Benefits of being on our winning team**: - Paid Vacation - Life & Dependent Life Insurance - Long Term Disability and AD&D - Competitive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Package - Employee & Family Assistance Program - RRSP Program - Career Advancement Opportunities & Training - Referral Bonus Program **Responsibilities would include**: - Maintain all mobile repair orders, invoices, credits, and special parts orders. - Prepare and track work orders and part estimates. - Complete sales through TK Corporate accounts (SVC) - Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies. - Review all shop work orders for parts accuracy and quantities. - Invoicing and selling parts to internal and external customers. - Interact with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly manner. - Supports technicians and service advisors in securing required parts to complete work. - Parts delivery to customer’s location as required. - Source non-stock parts for service jobs - Replenishes assigned inventory daily while ensuring no shortage of stock on common items. - Other Duties as assigned - High school diploma or equivalent required - 2+ years of previous experience in parts/retail environment - G License (picking up and delivering parts is required) - Excellent interpersonal communication skills - Problem-solving and critical thinking skills At Thermo King we take pride in knowing that our progress begins with our team members.
