Our Ayr location, located just outside of Kitchener right off of the 401, is looking for a **full-time Parts Advisor**, for various different shift schedules (**Monday - Friday full-time days**, **full-time swing shift**, **Tuesday - Saturday full-time days**).

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Look after and service customers at the front counter and answer customer phone calls.
- Provide price quotes and part information to customers.
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person, check inventory for parts, and order parts for customers if not in stock.
- Invoice customers, process sales, and take methods of payment.
- Stock and maintain the items in the showroom in a neat and organized manner.
- Perform other duties as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Previous work experience in a similar position.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience of Karmak are great assets.
- Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable of heavy trucks and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
