Ayr, Canada Expressway Trucks Waterloo Full time

Expressway Trucks Waterloo is one of Canada's premiere Volvo and Hino Truck Dealers and is Southwestern Ontario's leading truck sales and service provider. Our Ayr location is looking for a full-time, day-shift Parts Advisor.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Look after and service customers at the front counter and answer customer phone calls.
- Provide price quotes and part information to customers.
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person, check inventory for parts, and order parts for customers if not in stock.
- Invoice customers, process sales, and take methods of payment.
- Stock and maintain the items in the showroom in a neat and organized manner.
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous work experience in a similar position.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience of Karmak are great assets.
- Mechanically inclined and knowledgeable of heavy trucks and equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
