**Responsibilities and Duties for Logistics Account Manager**
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends and competitors.
- Build and grow relations within portfolio through customer engagement and proactive communication.
- Proactively identify customer pain points and propose results-oriented solutions.
- Monitor opportunities utilizing CRM, executing all steps of the sales process.
- Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of SOPs, KPIs and other account specific metrics.
- Partner with Management and the Operations Department to build programs and solutions to present to customers.
- Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to ensure targets and goals are on track and meeting Sales KPIs.
- Attend industry events to enhance sales and marketing efforts.

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Transportation and Logistics industry.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tactics including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, all with the ability to capture and close the deal.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial and bold attitude paired with a confident personality.
- Analytical and superior problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
