Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, the
** People Operations Specialist** will be responsible for owning the execution and operational foundation of People Operations at Clutch; policy administration/development, People data and metrics, HRIS administration and so much more If you're passionate about continuously improving the employee experience, this job is for you

**What You'll Do**
- Ownership of HRIS administration, keeping BambooHR updated and a trusted source of employee information used to develop key business intelligence data and reporting
- Playing a key tactical role throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to developing and off-boarding, delivering on operational excellence while maintaining high levels of confidentiality.
- Review and report on all people data and metrics to the organization on a quarterly basis
- Owning, developing and iterating on policies and processes to ensure a best-in-class employee experience - you'll act as a strong advisor of the policies and processes that keep Clutch running day to day
- Benefits enrolment of new hires as well as other administrative benefits tasks
- Managing & Facilitating Clutch's Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Assist in planning and executing special events, including Summer & Year End Social
- Other People Operations projects - there's never a shortage of things to work on to improve the employee experience

**All About You**
- You've got 2+ years experience in people operations working in a fast-paced environment where you've always got multiple projects on the go
- A wiz with excel and great attention to detail
- Analytical thinker, you're able to run reports and identify patterns through data
- An eye for detail, with finely tuned organizational skills
- You're experienced with maintaining an HRIS system
- You are a positive, process oriented, relationship developing machine. You love to make the lives of people easier
