As we continue to expand, we are seeking skilled and experienced Financial Advisors to join our team and provide comprehensive financial guidance and analysis to support our growth strategy.

As a Financial Advisor for Silva Homes, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial aspects of our operations. Your primary focus will be to provide expert advice and guidance to our team/clients, analyze investment opportunities, assess risk, and optimize our performance. You will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring the long-term success of our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the corporation's goals and objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including investment evaluations, cash flow projections, and risk assessments.
- Provide recommendations on real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and investment opportunities based on financial analysis and market research.
- Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, performance indicators, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including asset management, development, and operations, to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Identify financial risks and implement risk management strategies.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments, identifying opportunities to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, accounting standards, and financial trends to ensure compliance and inform strategic decision-making.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of years of experience in financial planning or related field
- Strong knowledge of investment products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $1.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC V6J 1M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
