**Job Summary**: The Executive Financial Advisor to the Chairman is a key role designed for a highly skilled individual with a strong background in financial management and strategic advisory. This role requires an adept ability to prepare and manage board meetings, handle sophisticated financial documentation, and provide high-level executive support directly to the Chairman.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Board Meeting Preparation and Management**:

- Organize and coordinate board meetings, including the preparation of agendas, minutes, and comprehensive briefing packages.
- Ensure that all board communications are prepared timely and accurately, reflecting the strategic issues and financial metrics that require board attention.
- **Strategic Financial Advisory**:

- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic advice to the Chairman, helping to shape the organization's financial planning and investment strategies.
- Analyze complex financial data and reports, offering recommendations that will influence key business decisions.
- **Financial Documentation and Compliance Oversight**:

- Manage and oversee the preparation of financial documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with finance and legal departments to uphold the organization’s financial and legal standing.
- **Executive Support**:

- Act as a strategic advisor to the Chairman, participating in high-level decision-making processes.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 8 years in financial management roles such as Controller, Investment Manager, or Financial Consultant, including experience with corporate governance and board interactions.
- **Certifications**: CPA, CFA, or similar certifications are advantageous.

- Strong expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and corporate finance.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stakes environment.
- Excellent leadership qualities and the ability to work closely with senior executives and board members.
