**Job Title**: Laboratory Office Assistant
**Location**: 9131 Keele St, Unit A5, Concord, Ontario

**Job Type**: Full-Time, On-Site
**Salary**: Starting from $35,000 per year
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts - 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm

**About Us**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Laboratory Office Assistant** to join our team. This is a **permanent, full-time** in-office role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage front office reception and handle incoming calls.
- Generate and format laboratory test result reports.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients: send DNA test kits, deliver results, and manage case documentation.
- Support upper management with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: College or university degree in a **biological sciences field** is required.
- **Experience**:

- At least 1 year of front desk, office, or administrative experience (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional, courteous, and customer-focused demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized, adaptable, and efficient in time management.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

**Additional Information**:

- A **three-month probation period** is required for all new employees.

**Preferred**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Bachelor's degree (Science background preferred)
- Familiarity with lab reporting or healthcare customer service
