**About Us**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Maintain financial records, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports
- Assist with budgeting, financial forecasting, and expense tracking
- Manage administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence
- Process orders, invoices, and track inventory-related financial transactions
- Support compliance with financial and tax regulations
- Assist in general office operations and provide support to management as needed

**Qualifications**
- Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial management
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in administrative support and office management is a plus
- Familiarity with PPE or the firefighting industry is beneficial but not required
