**Job Summary**
Job Summary: The Business Process Analyst oversees the integration of business operations and technology, coordinating cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure alignment with company goals.

**Duties**
- Confer with stakeholders, funders, clients to identify and document requirements.
- Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes and solutions meet business requirements
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery.
- Assess business opportunities and develop strategies.
- Lead and manage technology projects with a focus on integration and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall workflow.
- Analyze current operational procedures and recommend improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment with company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in various software systems, including CRMs, ERP, Project Management tools, and Office 365.
- Knowledge of management practices (KPIs, performance management).
- Ability to work independently, deal with ambiguity, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving, results-driven environment.

**Experience**
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the Health care industry

**Education and Certification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration and project management, or a related field.
- Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
- Preferred: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48.00 per hour

- Weekends as needed
