**Summer Intern - Oilseed Processing Analyst**

**Term**: May 15 - August 30, 2025
**Hours**: 40 hours/week (Shifts may include off-hours and weekends)

**Compensation: 22.00 $/hr**

**About the Role**:
Canary Biofuels Inc. is seeking a motivated **Summer Intern - Oilseed Processing Analyst** to join our team at our Lethbridge facility. This role offers hands-on experience in oilseed processing operations, sampling, testing, and data analysis. This data compilation will be used to optimize the facility and the products it generates. Canary produces oil used in production of renewable diesel (RD) and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) as well as meal sold into the livestock animal feed markets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform onsite sampling and testing of inbound, outbound, and instream oilseed products.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on a weekly, monthly, and project basis.
- Conduct third-party research to supplement internal data analysis.
- Support project completion activities by organizing and interpreting data.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed a minimum of one year of post-secondary education in Science, Engineering, or Agricultural Studies.
- Experience with laboratory testing and/or farming practices is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including off-hours and weekends as needed.
