**Technology Support Specialist** Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to customers who use Trimble Construction Surveying equipment and software, Machine Control and Guidance equipment, Trimble Business Center software and Trimble’s web based software;
- Offer on-site assistance and troubleshooting when necessary;
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for customers to ensure they understand how to use Trimble products effectively;
- Maintain a deep understanding of Trimble's surveying, machine control and guidance and office products and keeping up-to-date with new product releases, updates and features;
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and challenges that customers encounter with Trimble equipment and software;
- Create and update technical documentation and guides to help customers troubleshoot common issues on their own;
- Document and record processes accurately;
- Use available training to continue upgrading current skill set;
- Willing to travel as required;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
