**Job Summary**
We are seeking a FEMALE and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to engage with customers and assist them with their needs will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide information about products, promotions, and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to promote a welcoming environment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Stay informed about new products and technology sales to effectively assist customers.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency are essential for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical sales is advantageous for assisting customers with product-related questions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.55-$22.87 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
