**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with inquiries.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support to enhance customer understanding of products.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution.
- Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently within the work shift.
- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to customer calls, providing information and assistance as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical product knowledge is a plus.
- Proven organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store cleanliness.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
