**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and process eCommerce Orders from various EDI sources
- Prepare shipping documents and rout orders to fulfill from 3PL locations
- Maintain inventory control as orders are fulfilled and shipped
- Data Entry: actioning orders on merchant platforms to mark as received / shipped / invoices
- Logistics: book shipments for order
- Provide solutions to online merchant inquiries / requests

Qualifications:

- Fast learner with ability to juggle tasks with ease
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work
- Detailed and accurate in data entry / shipping work
- Proficient in English (written)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to solve problems in an efficient manner
- Experience with online retail in any capacity (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
