Under the supervision of the Visual Merchandising Director, the Visual Merchandiser Coordinator is responsible for creating a captivating shopping experience through the development and implementation of visual presentation standards to maintain visual presentation constant sales results, and brand loyalty.

The Visual Merchandiser Coordinator will reinforce the brand's strategy and collaborate with the sales team to execute the visual presentation in the store.

Job Description
- Assess store limitations to improve product presentation
- Execute merchandising strategies in the long term and in the short term
- Communicate visual presentation standards to the in-store sales team
- Train in-store teams on maintaining visual presentation standards
- Analyze trends, market needs and send them to the Visual Merchandising Supervisor
- Ensure product locations comply with health and safety measures.

Qualifications
- BAC or certificate in interior design or visual merchandising
- Experience in visual merchandising (1 year)
- Ability to work with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and AutoCAD
- Holder of a valid driver's license and access to a car
- Attention to detail.
