**Job Duties**:

- Assist with day-to-day operational office functions including but not limited to invoicing, bill payment, payroll, reception, inventory, contract administration, work orders, tracking, reporting.
- Liaise with accounting, HR & and safety staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
