**Job Overview**

*Proficiency in basic/conversational Korean is REQUIRED for this role*

Cleaning and towel service will not be expected of assistants as we use a third party for these services. Client focus will be the main priority.

Education will be provided in salon.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner at the front desk.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as necessary.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Translate Korean/English between Stylists and clients

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Effective clerical skills, including organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
