**About the Opportunity**:
We have an opportunity for a **Systems Support Analyst** to join our IT team Reporting to the Manager, Information Systems, this role will provide expert level support to all system users by troubleshooting basic problems related to hardware, software and ancillary equipment.

More specifically, some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Perform onsite analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including offsite repair for remote users as needed.
- Assists with Systems Management tasks in such areas as Server Management, Networking, Virtual Server Management, and Active Directory.
- Work with vendors to provide support and implement solutions.
- Creating and updating technical documentation and user guides.

**More About You**:
In order to qualify for this role, you will need a **minimum of two years’ experience** providing support in a help desk environment. Diploma in **Computer Science** or **Business Information Technology** would be an asset.
