Roofing Inspector

**Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Roofing Inspector to join our team, specializing in residential and commercial exterior work. If you have 5-10 years of roofing experience, are Haag Certified, and take pride in delivering thorough, accurate assessments, we want to hear from you

As a Roofing Inspector, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive roof and exterior inspections for residential and commercial properties as well as some emergency temporary repairs. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform exterior inspections on residential and commercial properties, assessing the condition of the roof, shingles, flashings, gutters, siding and other key components.
- Provide accurate, detailed inspection reports with recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing questions and concerns regarding their roofing systems.
- Coordinate efficiently with exterior administrators regarding scheduling, inspection reports and findings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of roofing standards, safety regulations, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety standards during inspections.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- good (low demerit) driving: 3 years (required)
- Roofing: 5 years (required)
- construction supervision: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Haag Certification (required)
- Class 5 Licence (required)

Work Location: In person
