Puroclean Restoration Edmonton South is excited to expand their team and add a Project Manager for full time employment. The Project Manager will be responsible to restore residential, commercial and condominium units to their pre-disaster state. This position ensures that property owners will have an outstanding customer service experience through out the process.

Our Project Manager will enjoy a competitive salary and a generous benefit package. There is an opportunity for a commission structure or bonus pay.

As a Project Manager, you play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time to our quality standards. To the property owner, adjuster, and insurance company, you are the face of our company.

You establish trust as you consult with clients about projects, answering their questions and following up with them to ensure complete satisfaction. You prepare accurate, job costing, and estimating.

Throughout each project you manage, you inspect progress and work quality to ensure that emergency and rebuild timelines are met and in alignment with policy and guidelines.

You manage all sorts of restoration claims including water damage, fire damage and asbestos jobs.

Building a strong rapport with adjusters, property managers, and other key players assist you in generating new leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Restoration/renovation industry experience
- Knowledge of building construction and codes
- Experience planning and monitoring budgets
- Valid driver's license
- Clean criminal record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and manage time efficiently

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$119,668.47 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Albert, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project management: 5 years (required)
