**Job Summary**

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Promotions & Demand Planning, the Promotions and Demand Planning Coordinator will participate on multiple initiatives and continuous improvement projects related Demand Planning activities, reporting and analytics and promotional activities.

**Section A - General Responsibilities**
- Support procurement team activities and continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Collaborates closely will all procurement teams and key stakeholders to deliver projects. Key stakeholders may include external suppliers, distribution center resources and other cross-functional department
- Documents different processes relating to supply chain
- Implicates and shares information with key stakeholders to minimize risk on supply chain.
- Helps develop Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards.
- Respond to requests for information and assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Support management team where required to absorb specific tasks to cover the summer vacation period.
- Prepare and review key exception management reports.
- Prepare and update training materials.

**Section B - Position Requirements**
- Currently completing a college or University degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or any supply chain equivalent.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain operations, procurement and demand planning.
- Excellent organization and analytical skills, detailed oriented, problem solving, diligent in delivering high quality deliverables.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (bilingualism is essential).
- Demonstrate ability to do problem solving and analytics.
- Demonstrate ability to work on technical projects with shifting scope and schedules.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team.
- Extensive knowledge of office software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
