Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product knowledge and information to customers
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Upsell additional products or accessories to increase sales
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

**Requirements**:

- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Experience in technical sales is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Previous experience in cashiering or sales is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
