**Patient Experience Manager**

Cadence Physiotherapy is a female-owned multidisciplinary private practice located in Toronto’s east end (nearest intersection is Kingston Road and Victoria Park Avenue). The Cadence practitioner team consists of four physiotherapists, two RMT’s and a chiropractor, as well as offering small group classes. Cadence’s areas of expertise focus on orthopedics, sport related injuries, and women’s health.

We are looking to add a full-time patient experience manager to our amazing team. If you are someone who wants to look forward to coming to work every day, then this is the job for you

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients, booking patients, answering the phone calls, managing patient relations
- Managing clinic billings and submitting direct billing to private insurance companies
- Leading patient related communication with respect to unscheduled patient lists, no-show appointments, etc.
- Laundry: starting washer/dryer, folding and putting away laundry
- Tasks of clinic cleanliness: vacuuming, empty garbage at end of day, cleaning patient/public washroom
- Social Media Marketing (Instagram content): Aiming for 2 posts/week, 4 stories (we expect this will be more than 4 in weeks we are advertising classes/workshops/new services/staff members)
- Coming up with ideas for regularly scheduled campaigns (e.g., “Meet the Team”, “Friday Fun Day”, etc.)
- Access to our canva portfolio and using our “brand guidelines”
- **Organized and Detail-Oriented** - Excellent ability to manage schedules, maintain records, and oversee day-to-day operations efficiently.
- **Strong Communication Skills** - Effective verbal and written communication with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- **Customer Service Excellence** - A friendly and professional demeanor to create a welcoming environment for patients.
- **Problem-Solving Skills** - Proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
- **Leadership and Team Management** - Ability to guide and support clinic staff, fostering collaboration and productivity.
- **Tech-Savvy** - Proficient in using office software, scheduling tools, and electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Experience using JaneApp is considered an asset.
- *Work experience in retail or service industries considered an asset, but not mandatory*_
