We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic **Patient Experience Assistant Manager** to help support the smooth day-to-day operations of our clinic. This role focuses on ensuring an exceptional experience for patients, overseeing the reception team, and assisting the Patient Experience Manager in driving patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Support**: Assist in supervising, coaching, and mentoring the reception team to maintain a high level of service and professionalism.
- **Patient Interaction**: Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing any questions, concerns, or feedback with empathy and efficiency.
- **Administrative Duties**: Help manage the daily administrative operations, including scheduling, patient follow-ups, and ensuring accurate patient records.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure that every patient interaction is positive, from the initial phone call to the completion of their care plan.
- **Process Improvement**: Support the Patient Experience Manager in identifying and implementing ways to improve the patient experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with clinical and administrative teams to streamline patient services and optimize the clinic’s operations.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle patient complaints and resolve issues swiftly, ensuring that patient satisfaction is always a priority.
- **Assist with Sales & Marketing**: Assist in promoting services, maintaining patient relationships, and contributing to patient growth strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service, administrative, or patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
- Leadership potential with the ability to motivate and support a team.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on detail and efficiency.
- Experience with patient management systems or clinic software is an asset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving patient care processes.
- Sales and marketing experience is an asset.

**Work Schedule: 35-38 hours per week**
