Front Desk Agent/night Auditor

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel and its amenities.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls, take messages, and relay information to guests and staff.
- Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring all accounts are balanced accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any service needs.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including data entry and report generation.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in front desk operations or hospitality roles is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and billing processes.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
