**Job Summary**: The Retail Sales Associate assists airline employees with their uniform requirements; being fitted into the correct uniform size, ordering, employee order pickups and returns.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Measure and fit airline employees into their correct garment and uniform sizes
- Work with airline employees to understand their needs and recommend best solutions and professional fitting uniform pieces.
- Prepare airline employee fitting schedules and arrange by work groups
- Assist employees with order placement by customer website
- Assist employees with order pickups including retrieving package from the receiving area, and login on the pickup log for employee to sign for
- Assist employees with order returns this includes help customers with process returns through the website, log into the internal return file and prepare for the shipment back to the distribution center
- Keep apprised and be knowledgeable of products, services and uniform program policies and processes.
- Assist with order shipping and receiving, labeling items, sorting and moving boxes and arranging skids
- Maintain cleanliness of the boutique and warehouse; assist with cleaning and organization of items when needed
- Other duties as assigned

Experience and Education
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service or retail experience / working directly with the public

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Active listening and talking to others to convey information effectively
- Ability to speak clearly in English and French
- Service Orientation - actively looking for ways to help people
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Attention to Detail, being careful about detail and through in completing work tasks
- Cooperation being pleasant with others and displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude
- Self-Control, maintaining composure, keeping emotions in check, controlling anger, and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in difficult situations.
- Dependability, being reliable and fulfilling obligations

Working Conditions, Physical Effort and Environment
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Reaching, bending, pushing, pulling of boxes up to 50lbs
