Smoke Arsenal is one of the largest distributors of vaping products and cannabis accessories in the country, with a strong and growing presence in Quebec. Following our successful rebrand and merger, we’re now looking to expand our Quebec sales team with a driven Sales Representative to help us grow from $2M to over $12M in annual revenue.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role. You’ll be supplying vape shops, convenience stores, smoke shops, and licensed retailers with the latest products in a fast-moving market.
We’re looking for someone bilingual, ambitious, and unafraid of cold calling. Someone who wants to build a career, not just clock in.
**Responsibilities**:
- Cold call and prospect new B2B clients across Eastern Quebec.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Stay informed on product lines, competitor trends, and industry developments.
- Maintain a client database and follow up consistently on leads and opportunities.
- Present product features and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Track payments, invoice status, and assist in account coordination.
- Close sales and exceed monthly targets.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Confidence and consistency with outbound cold calling.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated with a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
- Some level of experience in sales or customer service.
Compensation & Perks:
- **Base salary**: $45,000/year
- **Commission**: 2% on all sales, no cap

Suite à notre fusion avec Inhal’Nation et notre relance au Québec, nous cherchons un(e) Représentant(e) des ventes internes pour nous aider à passer de 2 M$ à plus de 12 M$ en ventes annuelles.
Il s’agit d’un poste en **vente B2B**. Tu approvisionneras des boutiques de vape, dépanneurs, et commerces spécialisés partout à l’est du Québec avec les meilleurs produits du marché.
On cherche une personne bilingue, ambitieuse et à l’aise avec les appels à froid, qui voit au-delà d’un simple emploi.
Responsabilités:
- Effectuer des appels sortants chaque jour à des clients potentiels B2B.
- Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et entretenir ceux existants.
- Répondre aux demandes et proposer les bons produits par téléphone et courriel.
- Rester informé(e) des tendances, nouveautés produits et compétiteurs.
- Gérer un fichier client et effectuer les suivis de façon proactive.
- Présenter clairement les avantages et caractéristiques des produits.
- Assurer le suivi des paiements, factures, et coordination des comptes.
- Conclure des ventes et dépasser les objectifs mensuels.
Profil recherché:
- Parfaitement bilingue français / anglais
- Confiance au téléphone et aisance à faire des appels à froid
- Bonnes compétences organisationnelles et en communication
- Esprit d’initiative, compétitif(ve) et motivé(e) par les résultats
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office (ou logiciel équivalent)
- Expérience en vente ou service client
Rémunération et avantages:
