Manage and prioritize all requests for pricing received from the clients or projects.
- Make sure to acquire all required information (plans, specs and addenda) necessary for each project and verify that all information is current and correct.
- Interpret the plans, specs and addenda and verify that all the information is clear. If information is not clear the estimator must communicate with either the client, the representative or the professional of the plans and specs to receive clarification.
- Submit pricing to clients and follow-up with clients once quotes have been submitted.
- Assist with job site duties such as site dimensions, contractor support, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong background in construction estimating and pricing
- Experience in project management to oversee estimating processes efficiently
- College or University Degree or technical school training in an estimating capacity
- Construction Estimating: 2 years (preferred)
- Proficient with estimating software,
- Knowledgeable with plan software
- Ability to accurately read blueprints

**Additional Requirements**:

- Drivers licence and a reliable vehicle (preferred)
- Proper time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively

**Pay rate: $45,000 to $75,000**annually (based on experience)

**Job Type**: Full Time
**Schedule**: 8 Hours, Monday-Friday
