**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage schedules, including calendar management and appointment setting.
- Handle vendor management and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Assist with human resources tasks, including payroll processing and employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Manage phone systems and ensure professional phone etiquette.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
- Experience in schedule management and calendar coordination.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and human resources processes.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and budgeting principles.
- Experience with clerical tasks including filing and document organization.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
