**Purpose**:
**experience required**:
Minimum 2-3 years working in Broadcast Traffic

**Reporting**:
The Traffic Coordinator reports directly to the Traffic Manager and works collaboratively with the Sales team and other members of the Traffic team.

**Areas of Responsibility**:
**Job Specific Duties**:
1. Backfill for log editors when needed.

2. Assist with order processing.

3. Responsible for post editing of the regional logs and indieNET logs.

4. Coordinate quality assurance of sales group codes to ensure accurate avails, logs, orders, and clearances prior to month end processes (billing & CRTC).

5. Assist with the generation and distribution of Post Clearance reports to Direct Response and Retail clients (via sales coordinator).

6. Assist with last minute log changes (as identified by MCR).

7. Ensure that pull lists are clear of discrepancies daily.

8. Assist Traffic Manager with any projects as needed.

9. Assist with promo placement on logs.

10. Assist with weekly bonus list.

11. Other duties as required.

**Qualifications And Skills**:

- Must have 2-3 years Industry-related broadcast experience
- Familiarity with broadcast terminology

**Required Technology Competencies**
- Proficiency on use of Specialty Data Systems Traffic system / or other traffic systems.
