**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us as an Elementary Secretary, assisting the Principal in the efficient administration of the school office. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including producing report cards, correspondence, staff lists, newsletters, registrations, desktop publishing, inputting student assessment data, website maintenance, and more. Additionally, you will handle attendance administration, School Banking/SchoolCash Online transactions, and electronic requisitioning through Sparkrock.

**Skills, Qualifications and Education Requirements**:

- Thorough knowledge of Ministry of Education reports and guidelines
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel), and Aspen
- General knowledge of office procedures and school programs
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in desktop publishing, budgeting, and registration processes
- Grade 12 education (minimum one-year College diploma in Office Administration preferred)
- Equivalent of ten (10) working months of clerical/secretarial experience within the past two (2) years, preferably in a school or Board setting.
