**Job Description**:
Great opportunity for a Sponsorship Manager to work in the gamming industry
The fastest growing game Company in the world today, a online bookmaker, with more than 1 million users and several games in your pipeline.

**YOU WILL**:
Take full responsibility for the performance of the LATAM portfolio of sponsorships.
Bringing new opportunities to the attention of the team.
Assisting on Brand development projects linked to Brazil.
Manage the day to day operational requirements of each sponsorship ensuring all rights are delivered, activated and tracked.
Ensure effective management and planning of all sponsorship rights.
Manage the relationships with key partners to make sure that the sponsorship is a collaborative partnership.
Regularly monitor and review the performance of each sponsorship adapting to improve results.
Work alongside Brand, PR, Advertising, Digital and Content teams to identify new and innovative ways to integrate the product and content portfolio into sponsorship strategy.
Work with wider Brand, Marketing & Analytics team to identify new ways to integrate and use sponsorships as a catalyst for brand objectives.
Create reports that can assist in the negotiation processes of partnership and sponsorship deals.
Make recommendations on new commercial opportunities as well as exit plans, where appropriate.
Making sure we are always being innovative, authentic and on brand.
Taking initiative to pitch ideas internally and work with different groups internal to make ideas a reality.
Planning and executing activations utilizing partners at a variety of scales.
**Requirements**:
**YOU ARE**:
Proven experience managing sponsorships with sports teams or other rights holders in Brazil.
Devising & pitching activation ideas for consumer campaigns and events.
Excellent understanding of maximizing streamed brand visibility.
Demonstrable ability to overcome obstacles and be proactive in finding creative solutions.
Excellent relationship building and analytic skills.
Ability to demonstrate strategic and commercial thinking in rights activation.
Business level proficiency in verbal and written English.
Business level proficiency in verbal and written Brazilian Portuguese.
