- Lead and motivate team members, providing guidance and support in various landscaping tasks.
- Ensure proper use of tools and equipment while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess progress and address any issues promptly.
- Train new crew members on best practices in landscaping techniques and safety
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- Ability to build strong relationships within the team while promoting a collaborative work atmosphere.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all landscaping projects.
