We are looking for an Account Executive - Ad Sales to join our growing team
**What will you do**:
- Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Understanding client requirements and working on right solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same
- Maintain relationships and upsell existing accounts
- Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams
- Resolve client issues with best solution, keeping the relationship healthy
- Monitor and report key success metrics of self
**What are we looking for**:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development role
- Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/insights and use it to build business and support the team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up environment
- Driven, passionate, energetic and an ultimate team player

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
