Job Overview: Our medical clinic with a few branches located in Ontario is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile IV Specialist to provide safe, efficient, and effective intravenous (IV) therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes. The Mobile IV Specialist will work closely with our medical team to ensure that patients receive the highest quality care possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform intravenous (IV) therapy in accordance with established protocols and standards in patients' homes.
- Monitor patients during IV therapy to ensure that they are receiving the correct medication and dosage.
- Insert and remove peripheral and central venous catheters.
- Monitor and maintain peripheral and central venous catheters to prevent complications.
- Document IV therapy in patient records accurately and promptly.
- Ensure that equipment and supplies are maintained and organized.
- Provide patient education on IV therapy and self-care.

**Requirements**:

- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Certification in IV therapy from an accredited institution.
- At least 2 years of experience as an IV Specialist.
- Proficient in peripheral and central venous catheter insertion and removal.
- Knowledge of IV therapy protocols and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Valid Ontario driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR).
- Advanced certification in IV therapy.

**Salary**: $25.50-$30.52 per hour
