Reporting to the Infrastructure and EUC Manager, this role provides Level 1/2 technical support, ensures the stability of local systems, and contributes to delivering a secure and efficient digital workplace. The Specialist works closely with both users and global IT teams to maintain high service levels and system reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure SupportAssist in maintaining and supporting local IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, and backup systemsMonitor system health and performance; troubleshoot and escalate infrastructure issues as neededImplement standard infrastructure procedures under the guidance of the managerEnd-User Computing (EUC)Deliver Level 1 / 2 support for end-user hardware and software issues escalated from the service deskSupport the provisioning, deployment, and management of end-user devices (PCs, laptops, mobile devices, peripherals)Assist in managing endpoint configuration, software distribution, and patching processesService OperationsFollow ITIL-based processes for incident, change, and request management using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)Collaborate with the Level 1 Service Desk to ensure effective ticket resolution and user satisfactionContribute to documentation of support procedures, technical guides, and knowledge base articlesSecurity and ComplianceEnsure compliance with endpoint security, data protection, and IT policiesSupport implementation of technical controls aligned with cybersecurity standardsAssist with user access management and device encryptionQualificationsDegree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field3–5 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or EUC rolesSolid understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory, networking basics, phone systems, RDS, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL tools and processesStrong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal communication skillsCertificationsCompTIA A+ or Network+Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator AssociateITIL v4 FoundationAzure Fundamentals or AWS Cloud Practitioner (a plus)Seniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesDairy Product Manufacturing and Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
